BACKGROUND

Good Energy Group Plc is a supplier and generator of 100% renewable energy listed on the PLUS market. It has its own generating assets as well as power purchase agreements with other small scale generators. The company’s overarching objectives were to increase investment in its stock, increase its customer and micro-generator base and progress its lobbying work.

CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

An integrated media and investor relations campaign was designed to support the business development programme as the UK approached a key period for renewable energy. It covered financial, consumer and political sectors in the UK.

Carbon International worked closely with the inhouse communications team to develop a strategic four pronged media programme which focused on consumers, retail investors, existing and potential micro generators, and policymakers. The programme encompassed print, online and broadcast media campaigns, awards applications, and consumer and investor-focused events (including presenting at LEIF) on a national and local level.
